Dr. rer. nat. Tim Schürmann

Herr Dr. Schürmann war vom 01.11.2013 bis zum 31.04.2020 als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter in der Forschungsgruppe Arbeits- und Ingenieurpsychologie am Institut für Psychologie der TU-Darmstadt tätig und hat am 28.01.2019 seine Promotion mit dem Titel „Evaluation bayesianischer kognitiver Modelle in der Vorhersage menschlichen Verhaltens“ erfolgreich verteidigt. Davor bearbeitete er das Teilprojekt „Nutzersensibilisierung für Privatheit und Vertrauen“ des Graduiertenkollegs Privacy and Trust for Mobile Users. Zur Untersuchung des Entscheidungsverhaltens von Nutzern bei Privatheitsverletzungen wendete er probabilistische Inferenzmodelle an. Des Weiteren überträgt er das Paradigma auf diverse Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich der Arbeits- und Sozialpsychologie, um die Passung zwischen komputationalen Entscheidungsmodellen und menschlichem Verhalten zu evaluieren.
