Between October 2012 and February 2018, Ms Kramwinkel worked as a scientific staff member in the research group for Work and Engineering Psychology at the Institute of Psychology at Technical University of Darmstadt. As part of her work, Ms Kramwinkel was involved, among other things, with the mentoring programme of the Psychology in IT study programme and with the supervision project, which takes place in cooperation with other departments at the TU Darmstadt. As part of her dissertation project, Ms Kramwinkel was entrusted with concept development and evaluation of systemic team supervision of multidisciplinary teams in a student context. Her main areas of interest and knowledge are in the fields of systems theory and practice, as well as in working with animals as support in different intervention and therapy settings. To this end, in addition to her work at the Institute of Psychology, Ms Kramwinkel has completed training as a systemic counsellor and therapist (SG) and as a specialist in animal-assisted therapy (ESAAT).
Ms Kramkwinkel received the Athene Award for Good Teaching from the Carlo and Karin Giersch Foundation at the TU Darmstadt in the Department of Human Sciences in November 2017 “for the dedication and great commitment, the very good supervision and guidance, especially in the module Supervision and Team Support.”
