Ms Weber worked as a scientific staff member in the research group Work and Engineering Psychology at the Institute of Psychology at the TU Darmstadt from 2012 to 2014. As part of the project “Competence Development through Interdisciplinary Networking from the Very Beginning” (KIVA, German acronym for: Kompetenzentwicklung durch interdisziplinäre Vernetzung von Anfang an), she was responsible for the internal evaluation of the sub-projects KIVA I “Strengthening Mathematical Competence”, KIVA II “Fund for Visiting Professorships” as well as KIVA VI “Development Interdisciplinarity”.
